Job Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the local real estate market and a proven track record in closing residential or commercial deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits for prospective clients, explaining project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business.
- Negotiation: Negotiate price, costs, and specifications with buyers to reach a win-win agreement.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales leads, customer feedback, and closed deals in the CRM.
Specific Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in Real Estate Sales or B2C Sales.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Hindi, Odia
- Drive: Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a "can-do" attitude.
- Mobility: Must have a personal vehicle for client meetings and site visits.
