1. Assessing patient through detailed conversations and observations to determine appropriate outcome.
2. Creating effective treatment plans that includes counselling, medication or other services.
3. To act as SPOC for patients undergoing surgeries for all sorts of communication.
4. To coordinate with team at other centres for surgeries done or billed at your centre.
5. Educating patients about appropriate coping mechanisms to help them through surgical procedures.
6. Maintaining MIS of the counselling done with all detailed information.
7. Follow up with patients being advised for surgeries in case of delay or not booked.
8. Coordinate with various departments for various consumables availability.
