Job Summary
Vekariya Green Energy LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company's accounting, taxation, banking, and financial reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Tally, and financial statement preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting entries in Tally ERP.
- Handle GST compliance, GST return filing, and reconciliation.
- Prepare and file TDS returns and maintain related records.
- Manage purchase and sales accounting entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor banking transactions.
- Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Prepare Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and other financial reports.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, banks, and government authorities.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Generate MIS reports for management review.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting principles.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Good understanding of banking and financial transactions.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and financial reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
