Job Summary
Join Litomatic Tech Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Manager to expand our market presence for premium LED lighting products. You will identify new opportunities with architects, designers, contractors, and institutional clients, achieve sales targets, and promote our energy-efficient, tunable lighting solutions from our advanced 60,000 sq ft facility. This role emphasizes B2B sales in architectural and commercial segments.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and acquire new clients, including architects, interior designers, MEP contractors, and developers for lighting projects.
- Promote Litomatic's LED series (Crest, Select) through demos, presentations, and trade shows, highlighting tunable, dimmable, and COB features.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships to secure repeat business and large-scale orders.
- Develop sales strategies, conduct market analysis on lighting trends, and prepare proposals/quotations.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets, negotiate deals, and manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Attend industry events, collaborate with marketing for leads, and ensure timely project delivery with internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in lighting, electrical, or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record in project sales (architectural/commercial lighting a plus).
