Role overview
We are looking for a proactive Executive – Outreach to identify, secure, and manage high-footfall spaces for kiosk placements, promotional activities, and customer engagement initiatives across corporate offices, shopping malls, events, and residential communities.
This role is critical for expanding Skill Mummy’s on-ground presence, driving insurance inquiries, and building strong venue-partner relationships for long-term, cost-effective collaborations.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and secure high-footfall locations across corporate offices, shopping malls, events, and residential complexes for kiosks and fundraising activities.
- Negotiate cost-effective venue arrangements; prioritize complimentary or heavily subsidized long-term spaces and build strong partner relationships.
- Manage end-to-end kiosk setup: coordinate with fabrication vendors, oversee timely installation and dismantling, and ensure quality execution.
- Handle vendor invoicing and payments: obtain quotes, track approvals, reconcile invoices, and ensure timely payments.
- Conduct regular site inspections of active locations to monitor operational quality, compliance, safety, and brand standards.
- Collaborate with internal communications and marketing teams to manage production, supply, and inventory of PR materials, fact sheets, banners, and collaterals.
- Maintain and regularly update a centralized database of venue partners, outreach contacts, logistics notes, and prospective leads.
- Coordinate logistics and staffing for on-ground fundraising and engagement activities; monitor engagement metrics and provide feedback to improve outreach.
- Support campaign planning and execution by coordinating with operations, marketing, and conservation teams to align timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Prepare regular reports on outreach activities, venue performance, vendor status, and engagement outcomes.
Required skills & experience
- 1–3 years of experience in outreach, field operations, partnerships, retail marketing, or events; NGO or fundraising experience preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience securing venue partnerships or sponsorships.
- Practical vendor management experience: coordinating fabrication, installation, and payments.
- Good project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple sites and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with regular field travel across Gurugram and nearby areas.
- Proficient with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM or database maintenance; familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools is a plus.
- Problem-solver with a hands-on attitude and attention to detail.
Educational qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Relevant certification and field experience may be considered in place of a degree.
