We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager who can lead and coordinate multiple digital marketing teams while managing client accounts efficiently.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Lead Social Media Management, Performance Marketing, Graphic Design, and Video Editing teams.
- Conduct client meetings and provide project updates.
- Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.
- Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare monthly reports and performance insights.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing.
- Experience with Social Media Marketing.
- Knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, and Performance Marketing.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar tools.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency.
- Proven experience managing multiple clients and cross-functional teams.
