About the Role:
We are looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our team as Admission Interns / Student Counselling Interns. In this role, you will connect with students and working professionals, understand their educational needs, and guide them in enrolling in online degree programs offered by reputed universities we are partnered with.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to students and working professionals
- Counsel candidates regarding online degree programs (UG/PG courses)
- Understand their requirements and suggest suitable courses/universities
- Follow up with interested candidates and convert them into admissions
- Maintain basic records of leads and conversations
Eligibility Criteria:
- Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
- Comfortable with calling and sales
- Basic understanding of online education programs (preferred)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
Compensation Structure:
- ₹500 for the first successful admission
- ₹700 for the second admission
- ₹900 for the third admission
- ₹1100 onwards (₹200 increment per successful admission)
