- Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
- Direct visitors to the appropriate department or person
- Maintain a positive first impression of the organization
2. Call & Communication Management
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently
- Respond to emails and general inquiries
- Transfer calls to relevant departments
3. Visitor Management
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
- Ensure security protocols are followed at the reception area
- Coordinate with security staff when required
4. Administrative Support
- Manage appointment scheduling and meeting room bookings
- Handle courier services, mail distribution, and dispatch
- Assist with basic office administrative tasks
5. Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth office operations
- Assist HR or admin departments with onboarding formalities
- Support event or meeting arrangements
6. Front Office Maintenance
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable
- Ensure availability of office supplies at the front desk
7. Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain records of visitors, calls, and appointments
- Handle basic data entry and filing tasks
8. Customer Service
- Address customer queries politely and efficiently
- Handle complaints or escalate issues to the concerned department
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
