Responsible for carrying out daily maintenance tasks at the unit level to ensure continuous machine operation. The Technician supports preventive and breakdown maintenance activities, adheres to all safety protocols, and maintains accurate machine service records to assist in overall cost reduction and unit efficiency.
Perform daily Preventive and Breakdown maintenance on assigned machinery and equipment.
Assist in the installation of new machinery and ensure all machines are kept up-to-date and operational.
Ensure 100% adherence to Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) usage and all unit safety standards.
Support the monitoring of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) and assist service providers during visits.
Contribute to cost-cutting initiatives by effectively reducing machine breakdown time.
Update and maintain accurate machine log sheets and service records daily.
Keep the maintenance area organized and ensure tools are handled with care.
Report any significant machine abnormalities or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Basic technical knowledge of mechanical or electrical maintenance.
Ability to perform hands-on preventive and breakdown repairs.
Commitment to following safety guidelines and maintaining PPE compliance.
Ability to maintain clear and accurate machine log sheets.
Basic understanding of industrial machinery and tool usage.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new maintenance technologies and ERP data entry.
Education: 10th / ITI / Diploma / BE (Mechanical or Electrical).
Experience: 0 – 3 years of experience in maintenance operations.
Specific: Entry-level candidates with a strong technical background from ITI/Diploma programs are encouraged to apply.
