Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and other channels
Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Conduct client meetings, requirement gathering, presentations, and proposal discussions
Convert leads into long-term business relationships
Follow up with prospects and nurture leads effectively
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to provide tailored client solutions
Stay updated on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or IT Sales
Experience selling IT services, software solutions, web development, or digital marketing services
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn lead generation and outbound sales activities
Ability to build strong client relationships and close deals
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive in approach
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes will be an added advantage
Ideal Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of Lead Generation experience
Minimum 2 years of Business Development experience
