Job Summary
Snack Exchange is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Counter Sales Executive to join our Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with their orders.
- Take customer orders accurately and process billing.
- Recommend menu items and upsell when appropriate.
- Handle cash, UPI, and card payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the counter.
- Ensure food is packed and served correctly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order delivery.
- Address customer queries politely and professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th/12th Pass or Any Degree.
- Previous experience in counter sales, retail, or QSR is preferred but not mandatory.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month
Working Hours
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
