We are looking for a organized, and responsible Personal Assistant / Office Coordinator for our packaging box manufacturing and designing company.
The person should be able to manage office work, coordinate with clients and vendors, and support daily business operations smoothly.
Job Responsibilities
- Handle phone calls, emails, and client follow-ups
- Manage daily office coordination work
- Prepare quotations, invoices, and order details
- Coordinate with design and production teams
- Follow up on orders, dispatch, and deliveries
- Maintain files, records, and Excel sheets
- Schedule meetings and manage daily tasks
- Communicate with vendors and suppliers
- Support management in day-to-day operations
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Microsoft Excel and Word knowledge
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Organized and responsible attitude
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
