Position Description:
The Regional Talent Partner is a technical recruiting role that supports hiring and talent development outcomes across India by combining hands-on recruiting for technical and engineering talent with local execution of talent programs and manager enablement initiatives. This role is primarily focused on Talent Acquisition (approximately 70%), serving as a trusted partner to hiring managers throughout the recruiting lifecycle for technical, professional, and leadership roles, while the remaining 30% focuses on helping managers attract, develop, and retain talent through onboarding, internal mobility, career development, learning, and talent-related programs. We are looking first and foremost for a recruiter with a strong technical recruiting background who also brings experience beyond recruiting, such as interviewer training, onboarding, internal mobility, career development, manager enablement, or learning programs.

What We're Looking For:
7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a strong track record recruiting for technical and engineering roles (e.g., software engineering, product, data, or IT positions)
Proven experience managing full-cycle technical recruiting across multiple job families, including sourcing, technical screening, and closing candidates in competitive talent markets
Working knowledge of technical roles, skill sets, and hiring markets sufficient to credibly partner with engineering and technology hiring managers
Experience recruiting for professional and/or leadership roles in a Technology organization, in addition to technical roles
Experience partnering directly with business leaders and hiring managers
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong project management and organizational capabilities
Experience using recruiting systems, talent analytics, and reporting tools
Experience using AI to help gain efficiencies in processes
Ability to influence and drive outcomes across a matrixed organization

Unleash your potential: What you will be doing and owning:
Lead full-cycle technical recruiting for engineering, product, and other technical roles across the region, which will make up the majority of the requisition load, alongside professional and leadership roles as needed.
Manage an active requisition portfolio and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop sourcing strategies, and drive effective selection decisions.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.
Coach hiring managers on interviewing best practices, candidate assessment, and hiring decisions.
Deliver interviewer training and hiring process education to improve hiring quality and consistency.
Coordinate recruiting activity across contractors, agencies, and business stakeholders.
Ensure consistent adoption of recruiting systems, processes, and standards.
Monitor pipeline health, hiring metrics, and recruiting effectiveness, identifying opportunities for improvement.
Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting.
Share labor market insights and hiring trends with business leaders.
Drive an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
Partner with People Operations and Global Talent to support successful implementation of talent programs and initiatives within the region.
Help managers identify and develop internal talent to support employee growth and mobility opportunities.
Support career pathing, career framework, and competency initiatives by helping managers understand and apply available tools and resources.
Coordinate and support local execution of learning and development programs.
Deliver or facilitate manager enablement sessions related to interviewing, hiring, career development, and employee growth.
Reinforce adoption of talent tools, frameworks, and processes introduced by the Global Talent team.
Gather feedback from managers and employees to identify opportunities to improve talent programs and development experiences.
Track participation and adoption of talent initiatives and share insights with People Operations and Global Talent.
AI Integration:
Identify opportunities to use AI to enhance recruiting and talent program delivery and enable employees to build AI skills that improve how work gets done, for example, by using AI to source and screen candidates or streamline talent program communications.
