We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our growing team and contribute to high-impact digital advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to maximize ROI, lead generation, and conversions.
- Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research for paid campaigns.
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and lead quality.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design, content, and development teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and performance marketing best practices.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in Performance Marketing, PPC, or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and paid campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and other reporting tools.
- Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and funnel optimization.
- Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and targeting strategies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Good communication and project management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
