AptyRead is a structured English literacy programme for children aged 3–10, built on the Science of Reading - one of the most research-backed approaches to teaching children to read. Developed by Aptyou Services Pvt Ltd, it combines a physical workbook programme with a companion app, designed for school adoption across Kerala and beyond.
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced educator or education professional to represent AptyRead in schools. You will visit schools, meet principals and academic coordinators, conduct brief presentations on early English literacy, and guide schools through adopting our programme.
This role suits someone who has spent years in education and understands how schools think and work. Your credibility and experience matter more than anything else here.
What You Will Do
- Visit schools in your area and meet with principals and academic heads
- Conduct short, structured presentations (20–30 minutes) on early English literacy and the AptyRead programme
- Answer questions from school leadership and teachers with confidence
- Guide interested schools through the enrolment process
- Maintain visit logs and follow-up records
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years in education - as a teacher, academic coordinator, or school administrator
- Retired or currently between roles is welcome
- Strong communication in Malayalam and English
- Comfortable meeting school authorities independently
- Owns a two-wheeler
- Organised, dependable, and genuinely passionate about children's learning
