Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Development Executive with 1–2 years of experience in the Cement, Steel, or Paint industry. The candidate will be responsible for market development, customer engagement, and achieving business growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand market presence in the assigned territory.
- Meet dealers, distributors, contractors, and potential customers regularly.
- Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and channel partners.
- Conduct market analysis and provide competitor insights.
- Achieve monthly business targets and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer support and service.
- Participate in promotional activities, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate / Diploma holder.
- 1–2 years of experience in Cement, Steel, Paint, or related industries.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas.
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory.

Pay: ₹11,251.34 - ₹42,920.68 per month
