Job Title: Team Lead – CRM
Location: Mumbai
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
About the Role: Xpentra is looking for an experienced Team Lead – CRM to drive customer relationship management initiatives for its B2B business. The role will focus on managing client relationships, improving customer engagement, driving account retention, supporting revenue growth, and leading a CRM team. The ideal candidate should have experience managing enterprise clients, customer lifecycle programs, and CRM operations within a B2B fintech, SaaS, technology, or financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage CRM operations for enterprise and mid-market clients.
- Design and execute customer lifecycle strategies covering onboarding, engagement, retention, renewals, and account expansion.
- Develop client segmentation and personalized engagement programs.
- Monitor client health, identify churn risks, and implement retention strategies.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities in partnership with Sales teams.
- Analyze CRM performance metrics, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Manage CRM tools, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing CRM team.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in CRM, Customer Success, Account Management, or Client Relationship Management.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership experience.
- Experience in B2B Fintech, SaaS, Banking, Payments, Lending, or Financial Services.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Education: Candidates must have completed at least a graduate degree (Bachelor’s). Postgraduates are also welcome to apply.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
