Job Summary:
The Corporate Trainer is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for clinical and non-clinical staff within the healthcare clinic. The role focuses on improving employee performance, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, enhancing patient service quality, and supporting organizational development initiatives.
Conduct training sessions for clinical teams, administrative staff, and support personnel
Develop training materials, presentations, and manuals
Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain training records
Coordinate with department heads for staff development programs
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Proven experience as a trainer, corporate trainer, or learning & development executive
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong knowledge of training methods and employee development
