We are looking for a passionate Hindi Teacher to teach Hindi to Kindergarten and Primary students. The ideal candidate is someone who views teaching and learning as a calling, not just a profession, and thrives in a fun-filled, creative, and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
- Teach Hindi language to Kindergarten and Primary grade students
- Make classes interactive and engaging using stories, songs, rhymes, flashcards, games, and activities
- Help children improve their reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills in Hindi
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with the school's curriculum
- Assess and evaluate student progress through observation and regular assessments
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and behaviour
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience
Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi is essential
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant qualification in Education / Hindi literature
- Experience teaching young children (Kindergarten / Primary level) preferred
- Good proficiency in English for communication
- Kind, creative, knowledgeable, and fun-loving personality
- Passion for working with young children and fostering a love for language learning
- Ability to use interactive and play-based teaching methods
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
