- Office Management: Greeting visitors, answering phones, managing email correspondence, and maintaining a welcoming office environment.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and arranging travel/accommodation.
- Document & Data Management: Filing, data entry, updating records, creating spreadsheets, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Procurement & Maintenance: Ordering office supplies, maintaining inventory, and liaising with vendors or maintenance staff.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
