Design, Development, Deployment of BRs and lead SD team
1) Understand the business requirements to successfully design and implement the SAP SD solution/functionality like doc types, number ranges, pricing procedure, pricing conditions, return orders, rebill, Business Rules Framework plus (BRFplus) and RAR integration.
2) Configure and customize SAP SD modules based on customer specifications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices for RAR integration.
Solid functional SAP SD knowledge
Working experience on SAP R/3 /ABAP
Coordinate requirements with process experts, deliver functional analysis of SAP ERP SD
Implement agreed functionalities, contribute to functional and technical tests, support deployment to productive environments
Coordinate technical development work by describing functional requirements, support development team to build the solution, verify technical aspects and propose improvements.

Testing and Bug Fixing, Training
Participate in Daily stand ups, Unit Testing, System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing as per Sprint Plan, Defect Fixing and Key User Training as per the Project Plan
Same as above with additional exposure to project management (Agile), testing and training

Experience
8-10 years working as SAP and SD consultant
Drive the SD/O2C function and to build up required competency (both S4 HANA & ECC)
Lead or participate in full life cycle implementation/rollout project, from business assessment to the final delivery of SAP SD solution for customers.
Implement new business change request based on current solutions
Manage and monitor the deliverables in projects
Consult and make sure daily operation run smoothly and effectively
Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI s.
Ensure customer satisfaction in the Services Delivered and Continuous improvement of services.
Should have Systematic approach to requirement analysis and technical concept work
Good interpersonal skills, experience with coordination of distributed teams of process experts and technical specialists.
Good English language communication skills
- 8 - 10 years of work experience with Commercial process understanding in the integrated areas or adjacent domains of O2C function e.g. Finance, Accounting, Controlling.
- Experience in SAP SD/O2C with implementation/rollout full life cycle SAP project as SD Lead consultant
- Expertise in Analyzing business requirements and mapping them to SAP solution
- Strong knowledge and experience in O2C processes
- Experience in business blue printing, preparing functional documents, preparing testing scenarios and configuring SAP SD
- Strong Knowledge of SAP ABAP, iDocs, LSWM, BAPIs, Enhancement framework
- SAP module knowhow in R/3. S/4HANA knowledge is a plus, alternatively strong commitment to acquire the needed knowledge is a must.
- Good communication skills in English for communicating and persuading customers with business process owners and Users
- Be proactive and Flexible to work across time zones
