About the Role :
We are looking for a skilled React Native Developer with 2.5+ years of experience in building high-performance mobile applications for Android and iOS. The candidate should have strong expertise in React Native, API integration, state management, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native
Integrate RESTful APIs and backend services (ASP.NET / Node.js etc.)
Optimize application performance and responsiveness
Debug and fix issues across devices and OS versions
Implement push notifications (Firebase / OneSignal)
Work with authentication (JWT, refresh tokens, secure storage)
Collaborate with backend and UI/UX teams
Required Skills :
2.5+ years experience in React Native
Strong knowledge of: JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript (preferred), React Hooks
Experience with: Redux / Zustand / Context API, Axios / Fetch API, Form handling (Formik / React Hook Form)
Experience integrating: Push notifications, Camera / Location / Permissions, Native modules (if required)
Understanding of: Mobile app lifecycle, Performance optimization, Secure authentication
Familiarity with: Git, CI/CD, App store publishing process
Experience with Firebase
Geofencing Experience
HRMS / Enterprise App Experience Preferred
