Job Description:
- Architect and design high speed and high density networking hardware in the Ethernet space
- Write detailed design specifications and coordinate with other hardware engineers and cross-functional team member in a geographically diverse environment
- Responsible for schematic entry, generating requirement/constraint for PC layout, design validation test, and transfer to production
Job Requirements:
- Expert in Capture CIS or other comparable schematic entry tools
- Expert in all aspects of high speed board design
- Hands on experience taking complex, high speed PCBAs in networking space from design to volume production successfully
- Skilled in reviewing Allegro layout
- Excellent communication skills both verbally and written are must
- Leadership and project management skills highly desirable
- Signal integrity expertise highly desirable
Education and Experience Required:
- BS/MS/PhD in electrical engineering with a minimum of 10+ years of work experience in high speed networking or telecom hardware designs
