Job Description
We are hiring experienced Electical CAD & Simulation Engineers for a high-impact engineering project. We are looking for professionals with extensive experience in aerospace design, CAD modeling, simulation, and analysis using industry-standard and open-source engineering tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop aerospace CAD models and perform engineering simulations.
- Create and validate aerodynamic and structural simulation models.
- Translate technical requirements into simulation workflows.
- Optimize aerospace designs based on simulation results.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams.
- Document engineering methodologies, processes, and outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
- 10+ years of experience in CAD engineering and simulation.
- Strong understanding of aerospace engineering fundamentals.
- Hands-on experience in aerospace design, modeling, and simulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
Experience with one or more of the following:
KiCad, ngspice, Qucs-S, Python, Octave, FEMM, openEMS
Employment Details
- Contract Duration: 8 Weeks
- Work Schedule: 40 Hours/Week
- Required Time Zone Overlap: Minimum 4 Hours PST
- Employment Type: Independent Contractor (No paid leave or medical benefits)
