Role Description
We are looking for a creative, energetic Social Media Intern to join our team on-site in Jaipur. In this role, you will help manage, create, and optimize engaging social media content across various platforms for both our agency and our diverse client portfolio.
You will work closely with our marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, edit quick-turnaround short-form video content (Reels/Shorts), draft compelling captions, and maintain active, visually consistent brand profiles.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video and visual content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, posts, and stories) optimized for modern social media platforms.
- Copywriting & Scheduling: Draft captivating captions, select relevant hashtags, and schedule content across platforms to align with marketing calendars.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual assets, tone, and messaging match specific client guidelines and campaign goals.
- Engagement & Growth: Monitor social accounts, reply to comments and messages, and stay up to date with trending audio, formats, and industry developments.
- Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers, web developers, and digital marketers to execute cohesive promotional campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook, including trends, algorithms, and best practices. (If not, then you will learn with us)
- Content & Editing Skills: Practical experience with mobile or desktop editing software (e.g., CapCut, Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar) for creating quick, high-converting social media videos and graphics.
- Creative Eye: A knack for visual storytelling, aesthetic framing, and crafting relatable, punchy captions.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with openness to feedback and creative brainstorming.
- Location & Availability: Ability to work on-site at our Jaipur office and manage time effectively to meet campaign deadlines.
- Portfolio/Sample Work: A portfolio, sample social media links, or a drive folder showing your previous content work or personal channels is strongly preferred.
