We are looking for a visionary and highly creative leader to drive the content and creative direction for our edutainment platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital storytelling, audience engagement, content strategy, and modern media trends.
This role requires someone who can transform educational content into highly engaging and entertaining experiences across video, social, and app-based platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall creative vision and content strategy for the platform
- Conceptualize innovative shows, content formats, and digital campaigns
- Lead and oversee multiple audience-focused content verticals across professional growth, self-development, financial awareness, wellness, motivational storytelling, and knowledge-driven educational content
- Collaborate with presenters, writers, designers, editors, and production teams
- Guide scripting, storytelling, visual tone, and creative execution
- Ensure content remains engaging, informative, and audience-focused
- Develop platform-specific content strategies for YouTube, Instagram, OTT, and mobile apps
- Analyze audience trends, content performance, and engagement metrics
- Drive innovation in storytelling formats, retention strategies, and viewer engagement
- Oversee shoot execution, creative quality, and final output standards
- Mentor and inspire creative teams to produce high-quality content consistently
- Create scalable content IPs and long-term audience-driven series
What We’re Looking For
- Strong creative vision with excellent storytelling skills
- Deep understanding of digital media, content trends, and audience psychology
- Ability to transform complex educational topics into engaging and entertaining content
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and team coordination abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong understanding of short-form and long-form content ecosystems
- Ability to think strategically while executing creatively
- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content positioning
- Prior experience in media, content strategy, or digital entertainment is preferred
- Freshers with exceptional creative thinking, strong content understanding, and leadership potential are also welcome to apply
Technical Skills Required
- Experience in media, digital content, OTT, YouTube, or edutainment platforms is an added advantage
- Experience leading creative teams or handling large-scale content projects preferred
- Background in content strategy, creative production, or digital entertainment is beneficial
- Experience working with presenters, influencers, or creators is a plus
- Knowledge of audience retention, scripting, pacing, and storytelling techniques
- Familiarity with analytics, social media growth, and content optimization
