We are seeking a high-caliber City Head to serve as the strategic architect of our city-level operations. This is a corporate leadership role designed to transition our operations from manual execution to systematic excellence. You will own the operational blueprint and lead the strategy required to scale our mission.
The Mission:
- Framework Design: Organize and elevate ground-level activities into a professional, high-performing Corporate Operations vertical.
- P&L Ownership: Analyze city-level data holistically to identify financial efficiencies and growth opportunities. You will own the city's operational budget and performance KPIs.
- Operational Governance: Draft and implement comprehensive SOPs for every process—from driver onboarding to asset recovery—ensuring the business operates with world-class precision.
- Strategic Liaison: Act as the vital link between ground-level execution and the executive leadership team, ensuring corporate strategy is seamlessly translated into reality.
- Continuous Optimization: Relentlessly audit current operations and deploy data-backed strategies to drive peak efficiency and scalability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead the use of KPI dashboards to monitor, analyze, and report on real-time operational performance.
- Audit existing workflows to create and maintain standardized, professional manuals for all operational tasks.
- Lead weekly performance reviews for the leadership team, providing data-driven insights and solutions to complex operational bottlenecks.
- Orchestrate the city level rollout of new corporate strategies, initiatives, technological tools, and compliance frameworks across the city’s ground-level teams.
Who You Are
- BBA or MBA in Operations, Marketing or education in a related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in Operations Management or Corporate Strategy.
- You have a proven ability to take complex, real-world processes and translate them into clean, professional SOPs and flow-charts.
- You are a data-driven decision-maker who uses metrics to audit, pivot, and optimize business functions.
- You possess the emotional intelligence to lead ground-level staff with empathy and the professional authority to engage with board-level directors.
- You are a self-starter who thrives in professional environments, capable of creating roadmaps and driving them to completion.
