Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media & Meta Ads Specialist to manage our social media presence and execute high-performing advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, audience engagement, campaign setup, optimization, and performance reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with business goals.
- Manage Facebook, Instagram and other relevant social channels.
- Monitor comments, messages, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on social media trends and platform updates.
- Coordinate with designers and content creators to produce marketing assets.
Meta Advertising
- Plan, launch, and manage Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns.
- Set up audiences, retargeting campaigns, and conversion tracking.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and ad copy.
- Manage advertising budgets efficiently.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs and campaign performance.
- Analyze social media and advertising metrics.
- Provide recommendations to improve engagement and lead generation.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies.
RequirementsRequired Skills
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of Facebook Pixel, Conversion API, and tracking tools.
- Knowledge of audience targeting and retargeting strategies.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make optimization decisions.
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
Preferred Qualifications.
- Google Analytics experience.
- Experience running lead generation or e-commerce campaigns.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
