What's the opportunity?
We're looking for a Human Resource all-rounder to help facilitate the full cycle of recruitment process, compensation & benefits, monthly payroll processing, training & development, performance management and employee relationship. You will be joining a talented team of entrepreneurs and experts to level up our people practice and drive ongoing enrolment growth to help the company achieve its mission and goals.
Key Responsibilities
- To recommend remuneration package for potential candidates and ensure competitiveness in the market and internal equity.
- To ensure HR processes and policies are compliant with latest statutory requirements.
- To implement HR policies in compliance with labour ordinances, SOP, internal policies, and procedures.
- To support HR duties, benefits administration and leave management.
- To assist the preparation of regular HR reports and analysis.
- To handle office administration and facility management.
- To support in organising company events and staff activities.
- To provide daily support to the team.
- To perform ad-hoc assignments.
Preferred Experience
- Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines.
- At least 6 years relevant working experience in HR field.
- Well-versed in Singapore, India, and US Employment Ordinance and related legislations.
- Good numerical sense, excellent data interpretation and analytical skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility and well-organised.
- Effective communications skills to communicate with internal and external parties.
Skill Requirement
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
