- Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers welcome)
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage live trips, routes, and load movements across US transportation networks.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and clients to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
- Track delays, identify risks, and take proactive corrective actions.
- Handle real-time escalations such as breakdowns, delays, no-shows, and HOS risks.
- Maintain accurate updates in dispatch systems and internal tools.
- Communicate effectively with clients via calls, emails, and chat platforms.
- Ensure compliance with operational SOPs and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Share regular updates and reports with internal teams and stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent English: Strong verbal and written communication is a must.
- Shift Flexibility: Ability to work US hours/night shifts.
- Skills: Problem-solving mindset and basic computer proficiency.
