Overall Responsibility for SAP FICO
- Control over the Trial Balance / GLs of all G&J companies
- Sharing Bi-monthly Trial Balance for Group Companies' Business with commentary over major variation over the last period end
- Tracking of Sundry Creditors for companies' Business for Payment Terms and MSME Compliances.
- Working knowledge on detailed Purchase Register with ITC data for IMS & GSTR 3B
- Maintaining Sales Register with Output Tax data for GSTR 1 and 3B
- Maintaining detailed TDS Reports for monthly Tax Payments and Quarterly Returns
Monthly MIS for G&J Business
- Tracking of Budget vs Actual P&L and CFS and commentary for variations
- Tracking of Advertisement & Sales Promotional Spends / Schemes
- Inventory Tracking for major materials like gold, gold mounting, LGDs & precious & semi precious gemstones
- Tracking of new stores capex and operations spends in initial phases
Preparing Monthly/Annual Financials - (BS, P&L & CFS) for Group Companies Businesses (At Support Level)
- Sharing Monthly financials after thorough review of transactions during the month
- Finalisation of Annual Accounts and Audit (including Statutory, Tax, and Transfer Prices) and Tax Returns filing
- Annual Consolidation of 10+ G&J companies spanning 4 jursidictions
- Working Knowledge of IFRS, IGAAP and US GAAP
Complete Automation of Accounting System (At Support Level)
- Preparation of Input and Output Files for SAP so that desired F&A /MIS reports can be prepared in a short time and more time is spent on the Analysis
- Adhoc SAP and F&A activities as required from time to time
Essential Details:
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Good Knowledge of working with MS Excel, PPT, AI, working knowledge on SAP is must.
