At Green Home Decor, we our a construction and real estate company, We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator & Bookkeeper with legal matter follow up to join our team. This role is crucial to keeping our daily operations, financial records, and legal communications running smoothly.
Role Summary
The ideal candidate is a proactive professional who excels in financial record-keeping using Tally, is highly proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word), and can seamlessly handle a variety of general office duties. Additionally, this role requires a trustworthy individual capable of managing and organizing sensitive communications with our legal counsel.
Key Responsibilities
Financial & Bookkeeping:
- Manage all day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable, using Tally.
- Reconcile bank statements, track expenses, and prepare financial reports.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for tracking budgets, generating financial spreadsheets, and organizing data.
Administrative & Office Support:
- Draft, format, and review professional documents, letters, and reports using Microsoft Word.
- Handle general office management tasks, including data entry, filing, and responding to internal/external inquiries.
- Assist management with day-to-day company operations to ensure a highly efficient workspace.
Legal Coordination:
- Act as the primary internal point of contact for our external legal counsel.
- Organize, file, and manage important legal documents and contracts.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and smooth communication between company management and lawyers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven work experience as a Bookkeeper, Office Manager, or similar role.
- Mandatory: Strong proficiency in Tally (Tally ERP 9 / TallyPrime).
- Mandatory: Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Experience or comfort level in handling legal correspondence and organizing legal files.
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information securely.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
