Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team.
- Generate sales revenue and achieve monthly targets.
- Handle high-value customer meetings.
- Train and motivate sales executives.
- Monitor daily sales activities and follow-ups.
- Develop sales strategies and improve conversions.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for lead management.
- Handle CRM and customer database.
- Ensure timely site visits and client meetings.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Close premium property deals.
Required Experience
- Minimum 10 Years of Real Estate Sales Experience.
- Experience in Residential, Commercial, Plotting or Land Sales.
- Experience in Team Handling.
- Strong Closing Skills.
- Good Negotiation Skills.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Leadership Experience.
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in Delhi NCR Real Estate.
- Experience in Investment Properties.
- Experience handling digital leads (Meta, Google, Property Portals).
- Strong network of brokers and investors.
