Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Senior Finance Executive to manage end-to-end accounting, taxation, payroll compliances, statutory filings, audits, and financial reporting. The candidate should be capable of independently handling GST, TDS, PF, PT, payroll compliances, statutory audits, and responding to compliance-related queries from auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
Key ResponsibilitiesAccounts & Finance
- Maintenance of books of accounts and general ledger.
- Bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer reconciliation.
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports and financial statements.
- Accounts payable and accounts receivable management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
GST Compliance
- Preparation and filing of GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation, annual returns, and related compliances.
- GST input tax credit reconciliation and vendor follow-up.
- Handling GST notices, assessments, departmental queries, and audits.
- Ensuring compliance with GST regulations and maintaining proper documentation.
Direct Tax & Statutory Compliance
- TDS deduction, payment, reconciliation, and return filing.
- Preparation and issuance of Form 16 and Form 16A.
- Coordination for Income Tax and Tax Audit requirements.
- Handling statutory notices and compliance-related communications.
Payroll & Labour Compliance
- Verification of monthly payroll inputs and payroll processing support.
- Preparation and payment of PF, ESI, and Professional Tax challans.
- Filing PF, ESI, PT returns and ensuring statutory compliance.
- Coordination with HR for employee-related statutory matters.
- Knowledge of labour law compliances and employee benefit schemes.
Audit & Regulatory Compliance
- Coordination and closure of Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, GST Audit, and Tax Audit.
- Preparation of schedules, reconciliations, and audit documentation.
- Liaison with auditors, consultants, banks, and government authorities.
- Ensuring timely compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.
Compliance Management
- Independently handle compliance-related queries from management, auditors, consultants, vendors, customers, and government departments.
- Maintain compliance calendar and ensure timely filing of all returns and statutory payments.
- Monitor changes in tax and compliance regulations and implement necessary updates.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-2A/2B reconciliation).
- Experience in TDS, PF, ESI, PT, payroll compliances, and statutory filings.
- Hands-on experience in handling audits and statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Ability to independently manage compliance activities and government queries.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter / CMA Inter.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or electronics industry.
Working days: Mon-Fri 9 am to 5:30 pm
Sat 9 am to 2 pm
3rd Sat every month is off.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
