What You'll Do
- Design and facilitate engaging learning experiences mapped to the IGCSE curriculum across English, Mathematics, Science and Project-Based Learning for Grade 1 & 2.
- Encourage curiosity, creativity, critical thinking and collaboration through inquiry and play.
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of every child.
- Spend time both indoors and outdoors, using the environment as an extension of the classroom.
- Observe and document children's learning through reflections, learning stories and anecdotes.
- Build warm, trusting relationships with children and families.
- Work closely with your team to create a joyful, inclusive and engaging learning environment.
