Axiom Care is a leading multi-branded mobile and laptop service centre with over 12 years of industry experience. We specialize in mobile and laptop Repair, Pre- owned devices, servicing, and a wide range of accessories across multiple locations.
We are currently looking for a professional, customer-focused, and result-oriented Telecalling Executive / Customer Relationship Staff to manage customer enquiries, lead follow-ups, and customer relationship activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls related to mobile, laptop, service, and product enquiries
- Professionally respond to customer enquiries received through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media comments, direct messages, and other digital platforms
- Identify and extract potential customer leads from social media platforms and online enquiries
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data and enquiry details in the CRM system
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers to improve conversions and sales closures
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, pricing, offers, and repair status updates
- Coordinate with the sales and technical support teams when required
- Invite and encourage customers to visit the showroom/service centre
- Perform after-sales and after-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term customer relationships
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service standards at all times
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer handling and follow-up abilities
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems
- Good understanding of WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and other communication platforms
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to convert enquiries into business opportunities
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer support, CRM handling, or sales will be an added advantage
- Fluency in Malayalam is mandatory; English communication skills preferred
