Role Overview
Mosons Group is seeking a results-driven Sales Executive to spearhead market expansion for our leading brands—including Malayalima, Indulekha, Happenstance, and Beevi’s—within the Idukki district. This is a strategic field role focused on building a robust distribution network and achieving high-volume retail penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Market Expansion:
- Identify, onboard, and manage high-potential retail outlets and Kirana stores within the assigned Idukki clusters.
- Brand Placement & Visibility:
Execute premium product placement strategies to ensure maximum shelf-share and visibility for the Mosons portfolio.
Oversee the end-to-end sales cycle, from collecting purchase orders to coordinating with logistics for timely fulfillment.Develop and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships with key retail partners and distributors.Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor pricing, and stock movement to the regional management team.Candidate Requirements

- Graduate (Any Degree) or Minimum Plus Two with relevant sales aptitude.
- Experience:
While FMCG experience is preferred, we welcome motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong "can-do" attitude and resilience.
