Key Responsibilities :-
- Strategic Planning: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote hospital services, departments, and medical specialties.
- Digital & Content Management: Oversee online channels, including the hospital website, social media, and digital advertising campaigns (SEO/SEM).
- Referral & Business Development: Build and nurture relationships with local physicians, clinics, and corporate partners to drive patient referrals.
- Community Outreach: Plan and manage health camps, public seminars, and promotional events to enhance local visibility.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track campaign performance, analyze market trends, and report return on investment (ROI) to hospital leadership.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or Healthcare Management.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of professional marketing experience, with direct experience in the hospital or healthcare sector preferred.
- Skills: Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools, data analysis, project management, and cross-functional team collaboration.
- Compliance: Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations and ethical marketing standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
