Roles and Responsibilities
- Sound Experience in Hiring OPT/CPT/EAD/H1B/GC/US Citizen candidates for marketing and placement in various technologies.
- Experience in Posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals, maintaining database of resumes.
- Conducting preliminary interview and schedule the technical interview with Recruiting Managers.
- Experience in following up with the candidate and make sure to explain the compensation benefits and other terms and conditions.
- Coordinate with the candidate in collecting all the required documents for validation and on boarding.
- Expert in sourcing H1B Transfer candidates.
- Should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- Contact references of consultants and validate the experience
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelors Degree or masters degree
- Should comfortable for nightshifts i.e 6.30 PM IST to 3.30 AM IST
- Must have strong knowledge and experience as a OPT recruiter.
- Must be proficient with MS office suite which includes MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point, MS Visio etc.
- Experience in the US IT Staffing Industry
- Highly organized with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and able to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to establish credibility and trust at all levels of the organization.
- Results-oriented, with good ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: Remote
