Job Summary
We are looking for a technically strong and customer-oriented professional for our PPE Technical Service team. The ideal candidate should preferably have a background in Industrial Hygiene (IH), Occupational Health & Safety, or a related domain, with hands-on knowledge of respiratory protection, hearing protection, fall protection, eye protection, fit testing, workplace hazard assessment, and PPE compliance requirements.
The role involves providing technical support to customers, conducting training and demonstrations, supporting sales teams with technical expertise, and helping customers select suitable PPE solutions based on workplace hazards and applicable standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct PPE hazard assessments and workplace evaluations.
- Provide technical support and product recommendations for respiratory, hearing, eye, head, hand, and fall protection products.
- Conduct fit testing, product demonstrations, awareness sessions, and end-user training programs.
- Support customers in PPE selection, implementation, and compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with sales and product teams for technical presentations and solution development.
- Assist in troubleshooting product-related issues and customer complaints.
- Prepare technical reports, training materials, SOPs, and documentation.
- Participate in customer audits, safety campaigns, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
- Stay updated with applicable BIS, IS, EN, ANSI, OSHA, and other international PPE standards.
- Support new product evaluation, field trials, and validation activities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Industrial Hygiene, Industrial Safety, Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
- Certification or training in Industrial Hygiene, Respiratory Protection, Fit Testing, or Occupational Safety will be an added advantage.
Preferred Experience
- Experience in PPE, industrial safety, EHS, occupational hygiene, or technical services domain preferred.
- Hands-on experience with fit testing equipment, workplace monitoring, or safety training preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong technical understanding of PPE applications and standards.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to interact with industrial customers and conduct training programs.
- Problem-solving and analytical capability.
- Basic report writing and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and technical reporting.
Additional Requirements
- Willingness to travel across customer locations.
- Valid driving license preferred.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates with Industrial Hygiene (IH) exposure and practical field experience in occupational health and workplace hazard assessment will be preferred.
Travel Requirement
Candidate should be willing to travel approximately 20–30% for customer visits, site assessments, training programs, audits, and technical support activities.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
