- Recruitment & Onboarding: Assist with job postings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct new hire orientation.
- Employee Records: Maintain and update HR databases, personal files, and track attendance/leave using HRIS software.
- Day-to-day Support: Resolve routine employee queries regarding company policies, benefits, and payroll.
- Engagement & Training: Coordinate training sessions and assist in organizing employee engagement activities and company events.
- Compliance: Help ensure company adherence to local employment laws and statutory requirements
- Supervise the hiring process for qualified job candidates, particularly for managerial, specialised, and expert positions
- Work with division managers to determine the qualifications and abilities needed for open positions
- Review policies and processes to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations
- Handle disciplinary proceedings, terminations, and investigations involving employees
- Determine and recommend changes to internal standards of conduct, such as team restructuring and morale boosting
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
