We are looking for a customer-focused and experienced Service Advisor to join our automobile service team. The ideal candidate will act as the link between customers and the workshop, ensuring excellent service experience and timely completion of vehicle repairs and maintenance.
Location- Trivandrum, Kollam , Cochin, Kannur
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive customers and understand vehicle service/repair requirements.
- Prepare job cards and explain repair estimates and timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for vehicle repairs.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and additional repair requirements.
- Ensure timely delivery of vehicles and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Automobile Engineering or any relevant qualification.
- 1–5 years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automobile dealership/workshop.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
