We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Medical Sales Executive to promote and sell pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical products to doctors, clinics, hospitals, and medical stores. The candidate should have strong communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical/pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and institutions.
- Visit doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and distributors regularly.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and features to clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain records of sales visits, orders, and client feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams for product availability and delivery.
- Attend medical conferences, promotional events, and product presentations when required.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of medical or pharmaceutical products.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales effectively.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
