Core Responsibilities
- Hairstylist: Should have a very good experience in Hairstylist role and Salon management experience.
- Staff Management: Create work schedules, track attendance, mentor stylists, and resolve team conflicts.
- Customer Service: Greet clients, manage appointments, and handle feedback or complaints gracefully.
- Operations & Inventory: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, manage product stock, and reorder supplies.
- Sales & Marketing: Promote salon packages, track daily revenue, and help execute local marketing ideas.
- Achieving the assigned weekly target.
- Running ads and promotions for more walk-ins.
Requirements & Skills
- Experience: Proven work history managing a retail or beauty salon environment.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Knowledge: Understanding of salon software, billing, basic bookkeeping, and safety rules
- Should have a strong client database and also should maintain a good relations with existing clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 5 years + Hairstylist experience candidates are welcome.
- Good communication skills in English and local language.
- Basic knowledge of computers (MS Excel, email, CRM tools).
- Ability to handle pressure and work with targets.
- Customer-focused and positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
Location: Chennai
Working days : Monday to Saturday
Working Hours : 10.00 am to 8.00 pm
Salary + Incentives
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
