Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
Job Summary
Indo European Study Abroad Consultants is looking for an experienced and passionate Educational Counsellor to guide students through the study abroad process. The ideal candidate should have 2–5 years of experience in study abroad counselling, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to counsel students for international education opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students regarding study opportunities in European and English-speaking countries.
- Assess students' academic profiles and recommend suitable universities and programs.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Provide accurate information about universities, courses, tuition fees, scholarships, and visa requirements.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain student records and update the CRM regularly.
- Coordinate with the admissions and visa teams to ensure smooth processing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
- Achieve monthly admission and counselling targets.
Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience as a Study Abroad Counsellor.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, sales, and convincing abilities.
- Good knowledge of study abroad processes, university admissions, and visa documentation.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Professional, confident, and student-focused approach.
