- Performs laboratory tests using medical equipment
- Checks test results for accuracy
- Maintains and cleans lab instruments
- Follows safety and hygiene rules in the lab
- Records and reports test results to doctors
- Guides junior lab technicians and trainees
- Ensures the laboratory follows quality standards
- Manages lab supplies and equipment maintenance
