Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented MBA Sales Executive with 1–2 years of experience in sales and student counseling. The candidate should have excellent presentation and communication skills and be confident in conducting webinars and convincing students about programs and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct webinars and presentations for students/prospective candidates
- Explain courses/programs and address student queries effectively
- Convert leads into admissions through strong, convincing skills
- Follow up with interested students via calls, emails, and meetings
- Maintain student database and sales reports
- Achieve monthly admission/sales targets
- Coordinate with marketing and academic teams for webinar planning
Required Skills:
- MBA qualification preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or webinar handling
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent convincing and negotiation abilities
- Comfortable speaking in webinars and virtual sessions
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in EdTech/Education industry will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal and relationship management skills
- Proficient in MS Office and online webinar platforms
