HomiCare is looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Executive to oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure the smooth execution of home painting, waterproofing, and maintenance projects.
As an Operations Executive, you will coordinate with customers, site supervisors, painters, and vendors to ensure every project is completed on time, within budget, and to HomiCare's quality standards. You will be responsible for site inspections, project planning, material coordination, quality checks, customer communication, and maintaining project documentation through our HomePass™ system.
This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a willingness to travel to customer sites. Fresh graduates with a passion for operations, customer service, and project management are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple customer projects from enquiry to completion.
- Conduct site inspections and measurements.
- Prepare project reports, quotations, and work schedules.
- Coordinate with painters, supervisors, and vendors.
- Monitor daily project progress and maintain documentation.
- Ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Resolve customer queries and provide timely project updates.
- Update project records, warranty details, and HomePass™ documentation.
- Submit daily and weekly operational reports to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline (Diploma/B.E. Civil is an added advantage).
- 0–2 years of experience (Freshers are welcome).
- Good communication skills in Tamil; basic English is preferred.
- Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Google Sheets).
- Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel within Erode and nearby locations.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
