Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor with a background in Mechanical Engineering to oversee and manage daily production activities. The ideal candidate should ensure smooth workflow, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day production operations on the shop floor
- Ensure production targets are met within timelines
- Monitor machine utilization and manpower allocation
- Maintain quality standards and reduce production defects
- Coordinate with maintenance and quality control teams
- Prepare production reports and track performance metrics
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational guidelines
- Identify process improvements for efficiency and cost reduction
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of production processes and workflow management
- Hands-on experience in manufacturing environment
