Job Overview:
We are looking for a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder in managing daily operations and communication. This role involves coordinating meetings, managing schedules, following up on tasks, and acting as the primary point of communication between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Founder's calendar and meeting schedules.
- Coordinate with teams, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the Founder.
- Track tasks, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
- Draft emails, prepare documents, and maintain records.
- Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office.
- Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply. No prior experience is required.
